Christmas Italian Style!

Christmas in our house is full of tradition, the traditions of our Italian –American family. Making ravioli, making Zeppoli, baking Christollen, cookies and bread, cooking pasta with anchovies, linguini with white clam sauce, red clam chowder…it is a cooking and eating marathon.  Add to that the larger family gathering together, laughter, singing and general silliness plus a huge dose of love and it makes me want Christmas to go on and on!’

 How can I hold on to that feeling? I have been reading about using the power of our thoughts to create our reality. So I decided that I will use that power, thinking about people and times that bring me joy rather that misery.  Like for instance, the wonderful times we have at Christmas. I don’t have to be miserable; I can choose a new story.
