We sit down at da table and out he comes wid dis plate of angel hair pasta and sauce (he calls it sauce, wadda ya gonna do- I got
teach dis boy) Now I decided to make nice and tell him dat its good cause I donna wanna make him feel bad. I told myself joost pretend dat it’s not gravy – call it something else so’s not ta have any expectations.  I mean it is da same as when someone tries ta give ya dat stuff dey call Hawaiian pizza wid da ham and pineapple. Now dat’s not pizza cause we don’t eat dat back there! So I joost pretend.

Back ta da gravy…I am so proud of Rick before I even taste da  gravy cause ya know I always say  “ya gotta make your own gravy”  and here he was, doing joost tat. I take a nice bite and it’s not bad. I give him a big smile and da thumbs up. Now ya know I gonna have ta teach him some more stuff but is was a good furst beginning. I mean fer a boy who is from da south but wants ta be a Viking he did a good job!

So da moral of dis story is dat anyone can make their own gravy cause ya gotta start somewhere!  Go do it, all of ya’s!!!!!

But now dat I am an up date business social media person, I am trying ta learn all dis stuff. If I can do it at my age dolls, youse can do it too!
Here’s wad I did so far wid da passwoird thing. I wrote them in my special little book.I’m telling ya dis cause I know youse might have the passwoird problem too. No, I am not gonna tell yas where I hide my special book!

Now I got da passwoirds all tagehter so when I write I can sign on my blog place and da twitter and da fb and and and and….put my thoughts right there.

Ya know, makin’ gravy and meatballs is much easier!

The big shots say you gotta do all dis so people who love ya can find ya and ya can find more people ta love ya. Build ya family, ya know wad I mean?
We got family already but seems we need more.

Not only do ya have ta build ya family, ya gotta say something worth saying! OOH FA, dis gets harder every minute.

Here is my thing worth saying tonight…joosta take it one rosary bead at a time (no disrespect intended!) and breath. Dat’s all ya can do. It’s wad I’mma doing right now while I learn dis here social media stuff. And of course having a little espresso and a pastry on da side. Other people say dis too – not like I am the only smart one. But then again…..

We gonna talk about smiling today. Ya wanna feel good? Smile! Ha, seems so easy, yet it’s so hard. Smiling gets ya dopamine released. Ya start ta feel Audacious Joy!

People trust ya when ya smile, gives ya improved attention span, concentration, and a good state of mind. Smiling affects yer central nervous system- balances ya blood pressure, heart beat, and breathing and makes you healthier! And youse tought I was joosta pretty face!

Smiling for 20-30 seconds 7 days a week makes new neural networks connect in ya limbic system, so try fer 21 days and yer golden! Smiling helps you beat chronic stress! And keeps ya young! Kids smile 200 times a day, and we grown-ups gotta change it so we smile a lot too! It’s amazing how one simple little thing can help ya so much.

And by the way,when ya got more Audacious Joy in ya life, people wanna be with youse and then…ya are more successful in whatever ya do.
